NauticStar is an American builder of bay boats, deck boats, hybrids and offshore center consoles, founded in 2002 in Amory, Mississippi. Acquired by MasterCraft Boat Holdings for ~$79.8M on October 2, 2017, then sold to Iconic Marine Group on September 2, 2022. The Amory, MS plant closed by May 2025, and production was relocated to Iconic's facility in Chocowinity (Washington), North Carolina, alongside Fountain, Baja and Donzi brands.
