This flybridge cruiser was first unveiled in the autumn of 2018 at the Cannes show. The model immediately won the World Yachts Trophies award for best exterior design in the 62-80 ft category.
Exterior and interior design
The overall silhouette of the 66-foot yacht has much in common with the Riva 76 Perseo - the same sloping transom lines, wings at the stern «and a» couple of stairs descending from the cockpit to the swim platform. Same large frameless windscreen, enlarged by a hatch in the ceiling.
The lower deck portholes, unlike Perseo, are not separated and run continuously through the entire boat from bow to stern. The line of boards on Ribelle does not tear or fall apart «to»provide the best views from the salon: for this purpose, the boards have elegant glass inserts.
The appearance of Ribelle is very much in the heritage of Riva: lacquered mahogany inserts are used everywhere, and the waterline is the signature turquoise colour. These accents fit in well with the overall colour scheme of the ship whose hull is painted in deep blue.
Amenities on board
On the flybridge, maximum space is given to sun loungers for sunbathing. You can also sunbathe at the bow and aft on the main deck.
There are 3 double bedrooms on the lower deck, each with its own bathroom. A single crew cabin (also with its own bathroom) is aft. It can be accessed via the main deck hatch near the stairs to the swim platform on the port side.

An all-left-side cabinet mounted in the cabin hides a retractable widescreen TV.
The galley is on the lower deck, but there is no room for an extra table and a sofa at this level. A mirrored cabinet door helps to visually enlarge the space.
All food is to be taken up the stairs to the main deck saloon. But cooking here will be a pleasure: the work area is located right in front of the window, which provides not only excellent views but also additional lighting. There is also a small opening porthole through which extra hot and often humid air can be released from the stove.
Swimming area
With a range of up to 250 nautical miles without refueling, the Ribelle can also be used to provide the best views of the cabin. It's not too small, but still not too many. This boat is suitable for a holiday with family and friends off the coast in the warm waters of the Mediterranean or Caribbean Sea. It is light and powerful enough to ride with the breeze and comfortable enough to spend a day or two enjoying the sun and swimming in some picturesque cove.
