Since the British brand unveiled the prototype of Princess Y95 at the Düsseldorf boat show in January 2020, it has been highly anticipated. In 2021 the semi-displacement motor yacht with a flybridge became the flagship of the Princess Y range. 

Exterior and Interior Design

The overall aesthetics of Y95 is close to the style of the Princess X95, introduced in 2019, but spiced up with the classic elegance that characterises the entire Y range. For example, the Y95 boasts the longest and widest windows ever fitted to a Princess hull.

Amenities onboard

In terms of interior volume, Y95 is a rival to the boats from the legendary Princess M range.

For instance, the large, full-beam master stateroom is forward on the main deck. Four more double guest cabins are waiting on the lower deck. One of them, like the master stateroom, takes up all the space amidship. The forward cabin is just slightly less luxurious.

Under the cockpit are two or even three crew cabins. The two-berth layout features a large starboard double captain's cabin, which, like all guest cabins, has its ensuite, and if needed, transforms into two single cabins. Another double crew cabin is right in front, on the starboard side.

Features

The layout of Y95 implies openness and freedom to customise it to the owner's needs. A spa area and sun loungers are available as an option on the flybridge. While on the lower deck, a beach club can become a good alternative to a tender garage. In this case, it can also serve as a crew quarters. Like all models with flybridge, it is more suitable for warm regions like the Mediterranean or Caribbean Sea. While not the fastest yacht, the Princess Y95 is a comfortable and reliable boat that will keep moving forward despite any waves and is capable of reaching speeds of up to 26 knots. With its large fuel tanks, the yacht is keen on making over 1000 nautical miles in economy cruising mode.
