Southerly 57RS Overview
The Southerly 57 RS is another variation of the company on the subject of high-speed cruisers. Curiously enough, the boat was originally designed (and advertised) as Southerly 54, with an extra three feet of paint (before the matrix was made) after the very first customer had stuck to it and asked for a tender hangar. Well, what can't you do for a good man? Three feet, of course. (It's true, I had to count the contours and the weight distribution, but that's such small things.)
The boat has a rather unusual salon layout for its size, on the one hand, a bit tighter than the other 57-footers. On the other hand, its peculiar layout allows guests not to interfere with each other, and even virtually solitary, doing their business.
