The flagship of the Polish shipyard Galeon 780 Crystal was one of the brightest novelties of the Cannes exhibition in 2011 - with it Galeon has made a serious application for a leading position not only in the 40-foot segment, but also where the ball is traditionally ruled by Italians and the British. This five-cabin flybridge yacht stands out for its futuristic design, in which Tony Castro took part, its luxurious and highly detailed interiors, its range of luxurious «»elements such as a Jacuzzi on the flybridge, as well as its high-tech, almost cosmic control station and unusual windscreen glazing. At a top speed of 30 knots, the ship feels great at sea, but eats almost 700 litres of fuel per hour.
