Adastra, designed by John Shuttleworth Yacht Designs, has been launched by McConaghy boats in Pearl River, China, after four years of construction. The 140ft trimaran is packed with cutting edge technology and can be navigated from up to 50m away using an iPad. The Adastra has a glass and kevlar hull. The vessel can accommodate 9 guests and 6 crew members simultaneously. Adastra is the new favorite of Hong Kong tycoon Anto Marden who wants to use this expensive toy to cross from one tropical island to another. By the way, the yacht can sail up to 4,000 miles without refueling (crossing the Atlantic is easy!) with a top speed of up to 22 knots. The price of the tale is $15,000,000.
