Story .

In the name of the Rodman shipyard, the first syllables of the name and surname of its founder can be easily guessed. Manuel Rodriguez founded Rodman Naval Construction and Industrial in 1974. He started building fishing boats in the Spanish port city of Vigo, but soon found a niche in the production of speedboats, on which the shipyard later made a name for itself.

Over time, the company has grown to a group of companies, supplies boats on 5 continents and has offices in more than 50 countries.

In terms of capacity, the Rodman Group holds leadership in its sector. It has production facilities of 240,000 square meters, five shipyards in Spain and Portugal and employs 500 people.

The company relies on its own developments and many years of experience with various materials. Thoroughness in questions of quality and safety the company has brought to the absolute. Rodman has developed an internal quality system (RQS), one of the mandatory points of which is test drive in the open sea. As a result, the shipyard has a 10-year warranty on its product.

The company's portfolio includes yachts and boats for recreation and fishing: Rodman Muse line (flybridge motor yachts from 13 m), Rodman Spirit line (hardtop yachts and motor yachts from 13 m).semi-enclosed interior from 9 m) and Fisher&Cruiser range (hardtop boats for fishing and leisure from 8 m).

Besides, the shipyard builds steel yachts up to 170 m long, as well as professional vessels made of fiberglass and composite materials: reconnaissance patrol boats up to 40 m, search and rescue boats, working and passenger catamarans, trawlers, etc.
