The history of the company

Nobody knows how to build catamarans better than the French, the French believe. The Nautitech shipyard, founded in 1994 in Rochefort, specializes in the production of sailing vessels of this type.

Production

The shipyard is located on the west coast of France, in Rochefort. Here ships are built directly, but all interior details come ready from Bavaria Yachts carpentry workshop, which is located in German Gibelstadt.

Model range

The shipyard builds sailing catamarans from 12 to 16 meters in length with three or four cabins. In 2018 the shipyard presented its first motor catamaran, the model Nautitech 47 Power, at the Düsseldorf trade fair.

Features

The Nautitech shipyard's specialists are constantly improving their driving characteristics, and they do not forget about the comfort for passengers. So, the known French designer Marc Lombard has thought up to combine the cockpit and salon, usually divided and located on different levels. This gave a completely new sense of space.

At the owner's request, up to four cabins will be arranged on the catamaran, and it will be discussed what other spaces should be. For example, a mini-office or a cozy dining room. A bawdy surfer may ask to arrange a stand for the storage of boards (and this was the case), and a couple who decided to go on a long cruise, make on the forepeak sleeping places for two young children (also a case from real practice).

In addition, owners are free to choose whether they will have one or two steering wheels. Moreover, even if customers initially ordered a catamaran with one steering wheel and then changed their mind, the second will be installed without any problems.
