Abeking & Rasmussen Grace Overview
In the fall of 2018, the yacht was sold for €129 million and renamed from Kibo to Grace. In 2015, there was a fatal accident on board for one of the crew members.
Exterior and interior design
The vessel, which has a syship called Romea, is interesting for its color scheme: the coloring harmoniously combines sand, white and gray.
In the interiors, where light beige tones prevail, more than non-traditional materials are used. For example, the table in the VIP lounge is covered with fugu fish skin.
Onboard amenities
The 180-degree visibility master suite with art wall has access to a private terrace on the foredeck. A glass elevator runs between the five decks, and the main saloon has a huge screen that turns it into a movie theater. Relaxing outdoor recreation is offered by a large beach club with a bar.
Features
Lovers of passing the evening with beautiful live music will certainly appreciate the grand piano on board. At nightfall, Grace reveals all its glory outside as well, thanks to its underwater illumination.
It is interesting that there are no floor-to-ceiling windows, no swimming pools with Jacuzzis, because the client wants practicality to be the priority. Although it seems that one does not interfere with the other.
