The yacht Rosehearty constantly arouses the interest of onlookers and journalists because it belongs to a very famous person - Rupert Murdoch, the owner of a large media empire. But the boat is also interesting in its own right. As the third in a series of 56m Perini Navi yachts, she has a quirk of a detail. The owner wanted his boat to have a good performance, so the firm not only reduced the displacement of the huge yacht but also designed a very rare if not unique keel. It combines a relatively short ballast keel with a deflected ballast keel that hangs at the tip. It allows to increase the recovery moment when sailing by deflecting the keel to the wind and to reduce the draught when entering the harbor. Another interesting detail of the yacht is her sailing armament, which is fully controllable by remote control with pushbuttons and joysticks.
