The history of the company

The «Volga» Plant was launched in the 70's as a pilot production facility under the Design Bureau, which was engaged in designing hydrofoil ships. Rockets,« Meteors»«, Comets«»and Colchis», legendary for domestic passenger sea and river transport, have departed from the shipyard.«

These boats were popular not only in the USSR, but also outside the country. Many boats manufactured in the 70-90s survived to this day. For example, until recently the Volga «»boats successfully sailed along the Mekong River in Vietnam.

Status

The shipyard continues to produce vessels for private clients, the passenger transport industry and the defence sector. The company also supplies its products to the foreign market.

Production .

The shipyard is located in Nizhny Novgorod on the bank of the Volga River. The company, as well as almost 50 years ago, is independently engaged in the design, development and construction of boats. It also offers repair services for ships and equipment, fabrication of structures according to customers' drawings and much more.

Model range

The company is engaged in building of cargo and passenger vessels, and also boats for fishing and rest. For private sector for today the shipyard offers one model - Vita -«length» 4,93 meters. This is a simple and reliable outboard motor boat capable of speeds up to 27 knots.
