Cabo Yachts is an American builder of offshore sportfishing yachts founded in 1991 in Adelanto, California by Henry Mohrschladt and Mike Howarth. Acquired by Brunswick in 2006, consolidated into the Hatteras facility in New Bern, NC in 2010, and production paused 2013. The brand was relaunched in 2019 with the Cabo 41 Express and is owned by White River Marine Group (Bass Pro Shops) since May 2021.
