Stepping into the saloon, the space is warm and welcoming. There's a large, sociable seating area with drop-down windows for natural ventilation. The solid handrails overhead provide stability, and the teak finish with curved edges enhances the luxurious feel. The galley, located forward, is practical and spacious, with clever storage solutions. Adjacent to the galley is a secondary control station with essential controls for easy docking.

Skylounge

A key feature of the Grand Banks 85 is the skylounge. It offers a versatile space with a drop-down window, a sunroof, and a sliding door for natural ventilation. The skylounge includes a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a bar area with a dishwasher, a sink, and cooling space. The aft deck, accessible from the skylounge, features a Kenyon grill, additional seating, and a high-low table that converts into a day bed.

Helm Station

The helm station offers an exceptional driving experience with adjustable controls and comfortable seating. The boat is equipped with Volvo Penta IPS 1,350 engines, providing a top speed in the late 20s and a range of 650 nautical miles at 25 knots, or 2,500 nautical miles at 9 knots. The helm station features three screens displaying navigation and camera feeds, ensuring full visibility of the boat.

Accommodation

The guest cabins are located forward, starting with a twin cabin on the starboard side, which includes an ensuite bathroom. The VIP cabin offers ample floor space, a low-set bed, and a luxurious ensuite with teak flooring. The day head is conveniently located for easy access.

Moving amidships, there is a small crew cabin with bunk beds, ideal for children. The master cabin, located further aft, is a quiet and spacious oasis, featuring a unique piano under the bed, a large bathroom with twin sinks, and a separate shower cubicle. The use of glass adds to the luxurious hotel-like feel of the space.
