Yacht Escape, on which top manager of Google Forrest Timothy Hayes died, is for sale. The 50-foot-long vessel is being sold at a price of $345,000.
However, the seller is sure that this unfortunate history will not influence the boat's liquidity. Escape is fully rigged with the state-of-the-art security and video surveillance systems that are not easy to find, but are very popular with the consumers.
It was «technical stuff» that helped the police to figure out the cause of death of a high-ranking official. Forrest Hayes was found dead on his yacht last November. Thanks to video cameras on board, it became clear that Hayes had been using heroin in the company of prostitute Alex Catherine Tichelman before he died. When Hayes lost consciousness, the girl did not help her client and left the ship. She faces charges of manslaughter, concealment of evidence and drug possession. The circumstances of the case are still being investigated.
