Lazzarini Pickering Architetti was founded in 1982 by Claudio Lazzarini and Carl Pickering. Friends and partners in more than 35 years of history have had time to mark many significant projects on the ground, on water and in the air. Their high reputation in the design community is not only confirmed by the many awards, masters are often invited to give lectures at universities.
The studio is proud of its wide profile and diverse styles. The company uses a confident but flexible approach in solving problems. Lazzarini Pickering Architetti does not accept templates and constantly comes up with something new and unique.
In the yachting industry the Lazzarini Pickering Architetti team is famous for its interior and exterior work for luxury sailing boats and motor superyachts. The studio also works on the interior design of private jets, construction and design of real estate.
Cooperation with shipyards
Perhaps the most fruitful relationship in the studio has been with Wally. Together they have realized several sailing projects and one motor model. In addition, the team created boats for Benetti, Pendennis Shipyard, Rossinavi, Rodriquez Yachts, Sunseeker and others.
The studio designed interiors for the 36-meter Galeocerdo, which has become one of the fastest boats in the world. The designers' love for high-speed yachts is also confirmed by the American Magnum 70, created for mass production.
