History

In 1986, Philip Wang, a hereditary ship from Taiwan, founded the Prima Yachts shipyard, which later created the world-famous Pama Yachts subsidiary. The company successfully sold its pleasure yachts not only in the Asian market, its boats were in great demand in Sweden, Italy, USA and Australia. The team often invited foreign experts to carry out their projects. Special attention was paid to quality, so there are often copies with a 20-year history on sale.

In 2016 the shipyard stopped working.

Production

By 1992, Pama Yachts had exhausted its production capacity at the Taiwan site and had to move to Shenzhen for further growth. The new factory occupied 14,000 square meters of production space and also received an equipped quay for launching boats.

Model range

For quite a long time the company's model range was mainly made up of cruise boats with cabins. up to 11 meters, but later the company focused on the popular pleasure yacht segment with lengths from 15 to 27 meters. These are stylish and lightweight fiberglass boats with gliding hulls. The portfolio includes flybridge models and yachts with raised wheelhouse.
