Designer description Espen Oeino International
Brand History
The Norwegian architect Espen Oeino wanted to be King Olaf in his early childhood. However, realizing that this was impossible, he quickly reoriented and by the age of five he had decided on his future. From an early age he was interested in everything that floats: boats, ships, ferries and especially sailing yachts. After being trained as a naval architect, he started working for Martin Francis, a British design company, with the intention of sailing. But it was at that moment that the company received an order for a motor yacht and it was the will of fate that Oino became the project manager. After completing the order, Eino founded his own company. One of his company's first projects was Skat, a superyacht launched in 2002. Since then the company has designed over 60 yachts.
