In 2016, the banker returned from another trip to Kamchatka, and in his hands accidentally got a catalogue of the shipyard Damen, which together with «Rosneft» is developing ships to supply ice-resistant oil and gas platforms. By the way, at that time the SeaExplorer prototype was still 75 meters long - it grew later.
