The company's history
The Canadian company Campion has existed for over 45 years and is the largest independent boat builder in its country. Its name is associated with many innovations in small shipbuilding, especially in the field of composite materials. The company's focus is on lightweight speedboats for sport and leisure, targeting the premium segment of the market.
The company is based in Kelowna, B.C., Canada. It has a modern, high-tech manufacturing of fiberglass enclosures. Campion uses materials from environmentally responsible sources to create them.
Campion is a leader in the North American market in terms of model range size. It offers customers 37 models in 48 varieties. The Allante series is available in lightweight, high-speed bowriders up to 6 meters long. The Explorer series is a more comfortable cruise boat cabin. SV3 is a specialized towboat for fans of wakeboarding and water skiing.
Campion enclosures use a three-dimensional Kevlar-reinforced glass fibre weave, which requires less resin and is resistant to delamination. At the same time, the special Kevlar reinforcement in the keel area reduces the probability of getting through holes, thus increasing the safety of the crew.
The F.I.S.T. system attracts attention. - stringers integrated into the glass fibre. This approach increases the rigidity of the housing, which, together with the calculated hydrodynamics, has a positive effect on speed and economy.
Hull graphics made by the gelcoat directly during the finishing process are weather and mechanical resistant, unlike the traditional stencil coating method.
