The International Boat Show kicks off today, October 30, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. This season will be the 55th for the show. The event will run until November 3.
During the show the public will be able to see new sailboats, motor yachts, as well as yachting equipment, accessories and water toys presented by manufacturers from 29 countries.
The total exhibition space is 3 million square feet (27,870 square meters). The total value of all exhibits is $4 billion and the total number of participating companies is 1200.
It is expected that the exhibition will be attended by about 100 thousand professionals and ordinary spectators.
