All-Russia regatta «Fedor Konyukhov Cup in "Optimist" class will start this Monday, June 9, in Chelyabinsk region. The competition will take place at Turgoyak Lake and young yachtsmen from all over the country will take part in it. Winners will be known on June 13.
Also within the frame of the event Fedor Konyukhov is to hold the first press conference in Russia.
Communication with journalists is scheduled for June 13. In the evening of the same day mariner will award the winners of the regatta.
The famous voyager returned home just recently after a long voyage across the Pacific Ocean. The voyage was completed on May 31: then the paddle boat «Turgoyak» docked at the shores of Australia.
