The Megles 32 World Championship was held in Miami from December 1-7. Seventeen teams raced a total of 10 races. The winning crew was Jason Carroll on Argo, who managed to move up to the first positions in the last two races from the middle of the list. Argo's success was aided by the weather: perfect conditions for Miami Beach with a breeze of 9-14 knots
