In Cascais, Portugal, the winter series of Dragon class races came to an end, marked by severe weather conditions. Wind speed in gusts reached 35 knots. One of such squalls caught the German crew of GER 1123 " Pow Wow" by surprise. The result you can see on the photo. But the Russians took part in the regatta and managed not only to stay afloat, but also to win. RUS76 crew, headed by skipper Dmitry Samokhin, became the champion of the competition.
