A yacht wrecked near the Greek island of Mykonos on Thursday. Boat International , the leading news portal of Mykonos, promptly published photos of the wreck.
A local newspaper Mykonos Daily reported that the yacht struck an underwater reef near the town of Paraga around 5am and sank before sunrise.
Another source reported that the yacht started to sink at the peak of the day near the popular beaches of Platis Gialos and Psarrou.
Thanks to local rescue services, none of the boat's passengers were injured. Boat International speculates that the wreck is a 30-metre Navetta 33 by Custom Line Shipyard.
Local services declined to comment on the cause of the sinking and are currently conducting an investigation.
