St. Petersburg Boat Show to Start on September 1

On September 1 the autumn exhibition of yachts and boats St. Petersburg International Boat Show (SPIBS) will start its work.

At the berths of the Imperial Yacht Club over 50 models of pleasure boats of different types and sizes will be presented.

Among them there are such Russian market novelties as Azimut 55S (Italy), Galeon 500 (Poland), Axopar 37 and 28 (Finland), Delphia 1150 (Poland), Chris-Craft Capri 25 (USA), Modius 34 (Finland), Delta 26 Open (Sweden), Marell 850 (Sweden).

Princess, Sunseeker, Targa, XO, Sargo, Cobalt, Nord Star, BRP motor yachts and many others are also among the exhibits. Among the boats of Russian shipyards are North Silver 1440 Pro, Silver 650, RX-753 («Compan Marine»), updated Grizzly 840, Velvette 24.

Apart from new models, a solid exposition of popular brands' brokerage boats is planned.

Within the frame of the business program a round table discussion on yacht insurance will be held. Representatives of leading insurance companies, lawyers, sellers and owners of yachts will discuss state of the boat insurance market and its prospects. Also the guests will have an opportunity to get acquainted with services of the partners of the boat show.

A special children's zone will be organized for young visitors inside the yacht club and on the lawn.

The period of the exhibition is from September 1-3 from 12:00 to 18:00. Entrance is free: the invitation card as well as detailed information about the exhibitors can be found on the exhibition website - www.spibs.ru.
