Movement of passenger sea transport has been stopped due to a storm warning. Typhoon «Goni is coming to Primorie Territory». It's coming from the Sea of Japan, the wind near its center reaches a speed of 47 m/sec, gusts up to 70 m/sec.
According to forecasts, the full force of the element will hit Primorye at 10 pm, August 26. The typhoon will linger in the area and the next day.
Authorities recommend boat owners to keep a close eye on their watercrafts - fasten them firmly and, if possible, organize a vigil.
