The latest model in the line of superyacht tenders of the iconic Italian brand was unveiled at a ceremony in Sarnico on 24 June. At that time not much was known about Rivamara: we got an idea of its exterior appearance and a design feature: a folding swim platform. Now more information on the new Riva has been revealed.

The Rivamare 11.8m tender was designed in collaboration with Officina Italiana Design. It can carry up to 8 passengers and does so at a top speed of 40 knots thanks to a pair of 400 hp Volvo Penta D6 engines. There is a choice of a wide colour palette of boat hull colours, including «ice white» and «London Grey».
Two sun beds are optionally installed aft. The starboard storage locker can be enlarged to accommodate a Seabob underwater jet ski.

Other options include underwater lighting, air conditioning, an electro-hydraulic awning, and - for the first time on a Riva of this size - a Seakeeper Ng5 stabilizer.
«The new speedboat is a worthy successor to masterpieces such as Aquariva and, before that, Aquarama. It combines the style and charm of these legendary models with the most advanced technology and... a level of comfort never before seen in boats of this size», said Alberto Galassi, CEO of the Ferretti Group, during the presentation of Rivamare.
On board Rivamare there is a small galley with Corian worktops, a toilet with shower and a cabin.
