Proud «pelican»

Heesen delivered the 50m Masa to the owner. During a two-day test in the NorthSea in moderate sea conditions, the semi-displacement Masa achieved a top speed of 23 knots above the contracted speed.

of Omega Architects created the exterior hull shape design for the 5000 Aluminium class yachts.

«The trick» of this class is the pelican beak shaped bow with a reverse saddle deck.

As for the interior, Masa was designed by Cristiano Gatto. His efforts resulted in a light, graceful interior design. Her ceilings are finished in mosaic silver. Other trim materials include brushed spruce. The furniture pieces have curved, flowing forms.

Masa can accommodate twelve guests in her six cabins. A separate master stateroom is located forward on the main deck, while other guests can stay on the lower deck in afull-beam VIP stateroom, two twins and two doubles, both with ensuite bathrooms.
